FDZJ’s Project of The R & D of Innovative Photodynamic Drugs and Industrialization” Supported by “Clear-sighting Plan” Sponsored by Pudong New District 2005-12-29
The Plan of “Clear-sighting” was finally triggered in Dec. 2005. The first group of the enterprises signed the agreement with the government. These enterprises would receive totally 100 million rmb to support their development. The name of Clear-sighting came from a Chinese ancient story and means claver choices. The plan is also a force provided by the government as a venture capital investment system and a financial resource system. FDZJ’s Photodynamic Drug R & D Project has moved into the stage of production and received 200 million interests-free loans from the plan.
