The Project mainly supports the R & D with the features of parallel with the national and Shanghai’s development strategy, IP grabbing, possibilities of the industrialization and formation of big-marketing. The project aims at to heighten the level of Shanghai industry. FDZJ received interest-free loan of 300 million rmp which supplied the solid base for the company’s industrial practice.
